We confirm the work, costs and timing in writing. For maintenance, we agree the jobs and visit frequency. A site visit or design may be needed first.

3. We organise the work

We coordinate the team, keep you updated and check the finished work against the plan.

We review photos, video, access, levels, hazards and the order of work before agreeing a route forward. AI helps us organise options and dependencies; we check the plan with the relevant people. Where needed, we help coordinate planning permission information and applications.

You approve the budget and significant changes. Any design or review fee is agreed before booking.
