We review photos, video, levels and access alongside your brief. That helps us spot practical issues early and shape a design that can be built. We use AI to explore and organise options, with design and technical decisions checked by people.
We also help establish whether planning permission or other approvals are needed and coordinate drawings and specialist input where required.
How we plan projectsFees agreed upfront
Full garden designs typically start from around £3,500. As a guide, design is usually 10–15% of the build budget, agreed as a fixed fee before work starts.
We confirm what is included, with surveys and specialist advice listed separately. You can use your own contractor or ask us to organise the build.
